Welcome to TEROS. By accessing or using TEROS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Alpha Software Disclaimer

TEROS is currently in alpha development. By using TEROS, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The software is unstable and incomplete
• Features may change or be removed without notice
• Data loss may occur - do not rely on TEROS for critical data
• APIs and interfaces are subject to breaking changes
• We provide the software "AS IS" without warranties of any kind

2. Early Access Terms

Early access to TEROS is provided for testing and feedback purposes:

• Access may be revoked at any time without notice
• You agree to provide constructive feedback and bug reports
• You understand this is not a production-ready product
• No SLA (Service Level Agreement) is provided

3. User Responsibilities

When using TEROS, you agree to:

• Use the software for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack TEROS
• Not use TEROS to store sensitive or confidential information during alpha
• Report security vulnerabilities responsibly to security@teros.ai
• Not share your early access credentials with others

4. Intellectual Property

TEROS, including all code, designs, documentation, and trademarks, is owned by Copérnico Labs SL. You may not copy, modify, or distribute TEROS without permission.

5. Open Source Components

TEROS may include open-source components. These components are licensed under their respective licenses. We will provide attribution and license information in our documentation.

6. Privacy

Your use of TEROS is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEROS is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind and we are not liable for any damages arising from use of TEROS.

8. API Keys and Third-Party Services

TEROS may require API keys for certain services. You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own API keys and associated costs.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to TEROS at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using TEROS at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of TEROS after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
